Do Hawai’i Kine Market vendors ship outside of the USA?

Currently, some countries are setup for shipping.  Input your order, if you receive an error that shipping is not setup for your country, contact us through Online Chat, and we will set this up for you within 24 hours and ship your product.

How long until my items arrive? And how will it ship?

Check the Shipping/Returns tab on the Product page under the item(s) you have purchased to learn how and when you can expect to receive your goods. Please allow additional transit time for shipping.  If you need to expedite your order please contact us through Online Chat

I am having difficulty placing my online order.

We want to make the ordering process as smooth as possible for you. If you are having difficulty placing your order online, don’t hesitate to contact us through Online Chat. We are in the office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm HST and look forward to assisting you.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to add sales tax to any order with a Hawai’i address. Orders outside of Hawai’i will NOT require sales tax.

My package hasn’t arrived however the tracking # says it’s been delivered.

Please contact the carrier.  If it still cannot be located, contact us.  Our shipments are insured.

I would like to return or exchange an item.

We are happy to return or exchange items if within 14 days of purchase and the item is in unused condition. If you would like to return an item, we will process the payment refund after the item is returned to us. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our store. If you would like to exchange an item, we will ship out a replacement item as soon as the original item is returned to us.
